For UK customers shipping is free for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 it’s £3.50. Shipping to Europe costs £12.99. Everywhere else the cost is £24.99.

We ship all orders within 1 working day and yes, your order will be shipped tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information from our courier.

Shipping usually takes between 3-5 working days for the UK, between 5-10 working days for Europe, between 7 -14 working days for the US and Canada and between 8-16 working days for Australia and the rest of the world. Delivery times are an estimate and do not account for public holidays or peak periods such as Christmas. Your order is dispatched within 3 days of you placing the order. Shipments may be subject to custom checks which might delay the arrival of your order and we can not be held responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.

Yes, all our products are made with natural, high quality, food-grade and partially organic ingredients. We also do not use any parabens, synthetic fragrances, silicones, mineral oils or animal derived ingredients.

Yes, most are. We do recommend to not use our Super Serum and Night Serum during pregnancy since they contain jasmine oil which may cause uterine contractions. (Note that jasmine oil is used highly diluted in both serums and is incredibly unlikely to cause any issues when used as directed). Our Body Oil contains ylang ylang essential oil, this is considered a safe essential oil once pregnancy has progressed into the second trimester. All other products are safe to use, but we do recommend that you consult your physician to be sure that these products align with your pregnancy plan.
